Our new look

On September 1st, 2022, VentureWeb will officially rebrand to Kindred.

Signalling a major milestone for the business, the rebrand is marked by a rush of optimistic emotions to celebrate the investment in the reawakening of what Kindred can be. The company will continue to deliver the same great services, but under a fresh, new contemporary feel.

“The past 18 months have forced employers and employees to reimagine why, where and how work gets done,” says CEO Matt Jankelow, “This shift has given rise to a growing demand for flexibility and choice when it comes to doing work with a hybrid approach fast becoming the status quo.”

The Kindred rebrand is responding to the growing recognition of a new, values-based approach to work and an increased need for the personal approach that VentureWeb had become known for. “With new opportunities and perspectives post-pandemic, people are saying no to the stressors brought on by the work-life imbalance and leaving their jobs in record numbers to pursue work on their own terms,” Jankelow says.

Kindred will operate with the agency’s talent model for short-term, long-term, leave coverage and more and a renewed emphasis on remote, in-office and hybrid ways of working.

In addition, Jankelow adds, “we’re committed to being future–fit and ready for the digital world of work by investing in technology that drives collaboration and engagement. We hope that Kindred will be the strategic partner that CMOs need to help them access the right talent ecosystem for the future workplace.”
