Can I refer myself?
No, not for this program!
What if two people refer the same person or business?
Whoever made the referral first is eligible for the reward.
Can I refer a former employee, associate or client?
We want to reach undiscovered talent/business opportunities, so only new referrals will make you eligible for a reward.
What if HelloKindred or a sister brand is already in contact with a person or business I want to refer? Do I still qualify?
Unfortunately, not. We encourage you to refer new talent and a new business.
How many times can I refer a person?
You will receive your reward one time for a successful referral. You can only refer a person or a business once. If the person you refer lands additional positions, you are not eligible for any additional rewards for that referral. Only the first placement/position.
How long will this program be in effect?
HelloKindred reserves the right to make changes to the referral offer guidelines at any time. Any changes will be published, so you are encouraged to check back before you make a referral.
