As Commercial Partner for the UK, Andrew – better known as Andy – is responsible for business development within the staffing arm of HelloKindred. Having spent his career working in business development, he enjoys meeting new clients and building long-lasting relationships in which HelloKindred becomes an extension of their business. Andrew has been successful in building a number of key strategic partnerships with several direct clients as well as RPOs and MSPs. Working in recruitment for the last 10 years, he has gained a deep understanding of companies’ individual needs and how to build a flexible recruitment solution that works.

Leis leads a client-centric, customer service-focused team that sources marketing and creative talent for global teams. With over 15 years of experience in recruitment and HR for renowned organizations and nearly a decade’s worth of experience in the recruiting agency space, her skills lie in developing, shaping, and filling the talent pipelines of global, matrixed businesses. She is passionate about the importance of empathy and compassion in the growth and development of teams. She works closely with our local and executive leadership on talent strategy and metrics.

Diana is well versed in all aspects of recruitment and selection, including attracting, and retaining top talent across all levels. She has over eight years of experience sourcing talent for well-known global clients with a focus on marketing, communications, and creative roles. She is adept at developing and managing relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs, and providing tailored solutions. In addition, Diana recruits for internal permanent positions at HelloKindred, partnering with our internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and source and attract top-tier talent.

With over a decade of experience, she is known for her expertise in diverse industries including the marketing, technology, and creative sectors. She excels in recruiting for various roles and is an advocate for DEI and CSR principles in the workplace.

Nom has worked with HelloKindred for over 11 years, and she has been in her current Talent Acquisition Specialist role for close to three years now. Nom is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both global and local South African and UK clients, with a focus on marketing, communication, and creative roles.
