Audra Woods, a seasoned professional in staffing with over a decade of experience, excels in managing delivery teams, recruitment, and DEI. As DEI Client Executive at Allegis Global Solutions, she partners with clients to enhance DEI strategies focused on contingent workforce diversity goals. Audra oversees projects like DEI Learning Journeys, Workforce Demographic Solutions, and Supplier Diversity Strategies. She holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Jacksonville State University, with a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Certification from the University of South Florida. A military spouse active in associations and the Tampa Bay community with her husband in the US Air Force and their son, Audra is a standout leader in DEI and staffing solutions, showcasing professional expertise, academic achievements, and community engagement.
