- Strengthen employee relations – harmonious relations with employees are vital. This will help you to build a psychologically safe workplace, promoting physical health, mindfulness and compliance with safety regulations.

Insights from job seekers – key findings and recommendations for employers
A survey of over 90,000 job seekers has emphasized the need for employers to treat them as individuals. The key findings include:
